For Dining area:
Large round table w/ 4 chairs, area rug,the table will be dressed and decorated
For the kitchen:
Valance, cook books,accessories
Living area:
end table, coffee table area rug, lamps, art work, 2 more smaller track lights

Bathroom, shower curtain, towels, accessories
I recommend changing out the shower head for a silver plate or stainless version

Loft bed:
Full bed, sheets, duvet, possible curtain, small night stand, books, flowers

Office, desk, chair art work, lighting
Driveway entrance,

2 large planters with deer resistant planting to welcome viewers

Stairs in front, leading up to porch needs to be cleaneed up, consolidate succulents into one gorgeous container, (i have containers if you don't) porch to have 2 chairs, small table, hanging flowers, low wooden planter boxes

Hallway entrance, artwork, accessories on ledge, possibly additional lighting
